Your message to P8SH Customer Service
Hi. I purchased a nine piece set of your rattan furniture and was informed by email it had gone through the direct check out and delivery would be arranged by yourselves. As this was on the 27/4/13 and I have had no contact from you I am just enquiring about when you expect delivery to be? Thanks 
 
(It turned out that the reason they couldn't ship to her was that the only contact information she gave them was my email address. Alas.)
